The client is a global leader in integrated facilities management, delivering technical, workplace and property management solutions across diverse environments in Dublin. A Technical Services Manager is needed to own hard services at a prestigious client site.

You will lead maintenance, coordinate contractors across multiple disciplines and drive safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive works on a brand new state of the art smart building.

Formación

• Qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience managing technical services within Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and maintenance planning.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical and building services systems.
• Experience with CAFM systems and maintenance planning.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day delivery of all hard services, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs and statutory obligations.
• Coordinate specialist contractors across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and building fabric disciplines.
• Ensure PPM and reactive maintenance and technical project works are delivered safely and to service levels.
• Carry out quality inspections, technical audits and compliance reviews.
• Manage reactive maintenance projects, surveys, quotations and lifecycle replacements within budget.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with standards.
