Job summary

Irish Life Group Services Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Services Lead to drive safe, reliable and cost-effective delivery of hard services across headquarters and regional sites. You will lead building systems, maintenance strategy and contractor oversight while supporting an excellent workplace experience.

You will manage HVAC, life-safety, lighting and BMS systems, overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, compliance, and asset life-cycle planning.

Qualifications

• Degree or trade qualification in mechanical/electrical engineering or building services.
• Health and safety qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH) or equivalent.
• Experience with CAFM/CMMS platforms and asset-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical services for building assets, ensuring safety and reliability.
• Oversee maintenance programs, statutory compliance, and lifecycle planning.
• Manage contractors, RAMS and performance against KPIs/SLAs.
• Coordinate incident response and root-cause analysis for faults.
• Ensure fire and life-safety systems are robust and compliant.
• Provide leadership to Workplace Services technicians and vendors.
• Support projects from design to commissioning and handover.
• Prepare budgets, procurement, and monthly performance reporting.
