Job summary

MSL Park Motors, part of the MSL Motor Group, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Škoda team at Navan Road, Dublin 7. The successful candidate will drive profitability by selling new and used Škoda vehicles and by promoting finance, insurance and ancillary products.

You will deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, build strong rapport with customers, and actively seek opportunities to grow sales beyond the showroom.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail motor industry sales role.
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve maximum profitability on sales of new and used Škoda vehicles and promote finance, insurance and ancillary products.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to meet or exceed expectations.
• Build rapport with customers visiting the dealership and seek new opportunities beyond showroom visits.
• Develop robust product knowledge of the Škoda brand and stay updated on changes.
• Implement the MSL sales process consistently and meet annual volume targets.
