Job summary

SimoTech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and integration of high-impact digital capabilities within a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Dublin. You will drive Industry 4.0 adoption, manufacturing systems integration and technology upgrades while coordinating with global and site teams to enable innovation in a GMP setting.

Qualifications

8+ years of project management delivering digital technology in regulated manufacturing.
Experience leading cross-functional technology or transformation projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
Ability to work across Capital Projects, Operations, Engineering, Quality and Digital/IT.
Understanding of Industry 4.0, IIoT, Digital Twin or manufacturing data is beneficial.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, CS, IS or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain the integrated digital delivery plan across priority capabilities.
Interface between business areas, capital projects and digital delivery teams.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Automation, Quality, CSV, IT/OT and vendors to drive decisions and maintain momentum.
Ensure digital solutions meet GMP, CSV, cybersecurity and data-integrity requirements.
Ensure technologies are embedded in site operations with clear ownership and measurable benefits.
