Job summary

Matrix Recruitment Group is seeking a Site Supervisor for a full-time, site-based role based in Cork, with projects across the Cork/Limerick region. You will coordinate daily site operations, ensure H&S compliance, and liaise with stakeholders.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, this position requires site-based supervisory experience, a valid CSCS card, and a strong focus on safety and quality. Candidates should be resident in Ireland and capable of coordinating with design and production

Qualifications

• Proven site-based supervisory experience and a valid CSCS card.
• Qualification in construction, engineering, or a related trade.
• Strong commercial awareness, organisation and time-management.
• Detail-focused with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Confident communicator with teamwork skills and IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site safety, PPE, equipment and documentation ensuring H&S compliance.
• Support site planning, resource allocation, scheduling and crane coordination.
• Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks, liaising with subcontractors and clients.
• Act as main site contact, resolving issues and managing snagging and changes.
• Coordinate with Design and Production teams to ensure quality delivery, attend site meetings, report issues, and support Assistant Site Technicians.

Our client, a global leader in sustainable construction, is recruiting a Site Supervisor based in Cork, with projects mainly across the Cork/Limerick region. A North Cork or commutable base is ideal.

This is a full-time, site-based role reporting to the Contracts Manager, where you will coordinate daily site operations, ensure H&S compliance, and liaise with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain site safety, PPE, equipment, and documentation, ensuring H&S compliance.
• Support site planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and crane coordination.
• Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks, while liaising with subcontractors and clients.
• Act as the main site contact, resolving issues and managing snagging and changes.

Requirements (max 5)
