An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor / Working Foreperson to join a growing construction team delivering projects across the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, and Food sectors.
This role is ideally suited to a hands-on construction professional who enjoys leading site activities while remaining actively involved in project delivery.
This is not a desk-based management position.
The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate site works while also working alongside the site team when required. As some projects operate with lean site teams, the role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing site operations and undertaking practical carpentry and fit-out work.
Proven carpentry background and practical site experience.
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or a Working Foreperson
Strong understanding of construction processes, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to balance site supervision with hands-on project delivery.
Flexible approach and willingness to travel to project locations as required.
Experience with construction management software is advantageous.
