Job summary

BCD Engineering is seeking a Passivation Team Leader to manage and coordinate passivation and specialist cleaning works within pharmaceutical environments across Ireland. The role involves leading three crews, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards, and liaising with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical services, excellent leadership skills, and experience in pricing and managing complex projects. Flexibility for travel and varied working conditions is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in passivation, chemical cleaning, or pharmaceutical mechanical services.
• Experience supervising multiple site crews or teams.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate three passivation crews across multiple client sites.
• Manage projects from enquiry to completion and final reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with Irish health & safety legislation.
