• BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Coding and/ or scripting exposure.
• Curiosity about automation, infrastructure, and changes to scale architecture.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, and software design.
• Systematic problem-solving with strong communication and ownership.
• Interest in designing, analysing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Willingness to learn and work in a matrix-based distributed team.
• Balance long-term system health with quick fixes while improving reliability.

• Ensure application scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Automate data-driven alerts and establish SLOs to improve reliability.
• Lead DevOps automation and best practices across production environments.
• Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from inception to refinement.
