Job summary

Rapid Ratings International, Inc. Dublin invites a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to keep our platform reliable, scalable, and cost-aware.

You will own reliability practice, implement SLOs/SLIs, and manage incident response while ensuring observability across Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. You will work with Terraform/OpenTofu for IaC, Kubernetes (EKS) at scale, and contribute to AI infrastructure support, including model-serving and governance layers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with production Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS at scale.
• Experience with SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, capacity planning and incident management.
• Strong logging/monitoring with Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SLO/SLI frameworks and error budgets across critical services.
• Build and run logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting across Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Lead on-call and incident response, drive MTTR down, conduct blameless post-incident reviews with root-cause analysis.
• Replace manual operations with self-healing automation and tooling.
• Operate high-availability AWS infrastructure on Kubernetes (EKS) with Terraform or OpenTofu.
• Maintain self-service infrastructure patterns and guardrails for product squads.
• Support model-serving, routing, and governance for AI agents and copilots.
