Job summary

ICDS Group in North Dublin is overseeing a residential timber-frame project of about 50 units, from site setup to project completion, coordinating all on-site construction activities. The role requires ensuring progress to programme, safety standards, and quality control on site.

The candidate will liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and authorities, manage logistics and deliveries, and resolve on-site technical issues to ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from site setup through to project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
• Ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and produce regular site reports.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and utility providers.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty provider requirements.

Required for a well-established residential developer undertaking large housing project in North Dublin starting which has commenced, using timber frame, circa.50-units.
