Job summary

ICDS Group is recruiting for a site engineer on a leading residential development in Donabate, North County Dublin. The role involves on-site engineering, surveying, and coordinating with the design team, subcontractors, and suppliers.

You will interpret drawings, provide technical guidance, and maintain accurate records while ensuring works meet programme and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with setting out and surveying for residential projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings and engineering details.
• Provide technical support to site teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Carry out setting out and surveying of building works using total station, GPS, laser levels, and other surveying equipment.
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and architectural/engineering details.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate site records, survey information, inspection records, and relevant documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor works and ensure they are completed correctly and to programme.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company health and safety procedures.
• Assist the management team with planning, programming, and monitoring progress.
