Job summary

SRG Ireland is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-profile operation within a world-class biopharmaceutical facility in Ireland. You will drive day-to-day performance, ensure safety and quality, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will lead a large team, mentor supervisors, manage budgets, and champion continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment, with accountability for service delivery and site compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong people leadership with ability to develop and mentor teams.
• Experience managing customer or stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions confidently and own outcomes.
• Experience managing performance, quality, and safety standards.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO standards or similar regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure service delivery targets are achieved.
• Coach, mentor and develop supervisors and operational teams; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure activities comply with site procedures and regulatory requirements; uphold safety and quality standards.
• Manage site budgets and resources; analyze operational data for improvements.
