Job summary

Applied Materials in Ireland is seeking a Director of Site Operations & Service Transformation to provide strategic and operational leadership for a large service delivery organization. You will guide execution, drive performance, and shape the future of service delivery across the site.

In this role you will lead through a team of managers and senior leaders, foster strong customer partnerships, and advance a service-centric operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in large, customer-facing operations.
• Experience leading managers and leaders in complex operational environments.
• Experience within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or similar environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, multi-layered organisation through a team of managers and senior leaders.
• Drive operational performance, customer satisfaction, and service excellence across the site.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as a trusted partner.
• Lead organisational transformation toward a more service-centric operating model.
• Drive alignment, accountability, and collaboration across a senior leadership team.
• Develop and coach leaders, strengthening capability and performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Partner with regional and global leaders to execute strategic priorities.
• Use data and metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
