Job summary

Catering is seeking a Site Manager (Housing) in Ashford, Wicklow, Ireland. You will manage all on-site construction activities from site setup through to project completion and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour to keep work on programme.

You will ensure health, safety and environmental standards, conduct site inspections, manage logistics and liaise with clients, architects, engineers and authorities to resolve issues and maintain project delivery.

Required for a well-established residential developer undertaking large housing projects in Ashford,Wicklow.

Role

• Manage all on-site construction activities from site setup through to project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
• Ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and produce regular site reports.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage site logistics, materials, and deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, local authorities, and utility providers.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and warranty provider requirements.
