Job summary

Careeriser-Limited in Galway is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations on large-scale residential and commercial projects. You will ensure work is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage subcontractors, site logistics and workforce activities while maintaining compliance with Health & Safety regulations. A Construction degree and 3+ years of site management experience in Ireland/UK are required.

Qualifications

• Construction degree required.
• 3+ years' site management experience in Ireland/UK.
• Strong leadership and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, programme adherence and high quality.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, welfare facilities and workforce activities in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Monitor QA processes, inspections, BIM workflows and project documentation to meet specifications.
• Coordinate short-term programmes, track progress, identify delays and support commercial records and material control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
• Foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement while developing site teams.

• Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting and developing site teams.
