Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan Ireland is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a restaurant fit-out project in Dublin. You will oversee day-to-day site activity, coordinate subcontractors and labour, and ensure works progress to programme while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

This role requires reading drawings, managing on-site QA, liaising with the Project Manager, and delivering snag-free completion on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on fit-out projects.
• Strong experience managing subcontractors and labour on site.
• Previous experience on commercial, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or similar fit-out projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and quality standards.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage the site independently and work to tight deadlines.

Overview

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager on behalf of our client, an established contractor, for a restaurant fit-out project in Clontarf, Dublin.

As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the project, coordinating subcontractors and labour on site, ensuring works progress to programme, and maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety throughout the project.
