Job Location – Dublin City

Salary – €70,000 - €85,000 + vehicle

About the Company

Working with a reputable specialist contractor on an exciting new commercial development coming to Dublin! Minor structural works involved with detail commercial fit out to follow.

Role with a reputable company in Dublin – Projects vary in between high-end retail, hospitality, hotels, commercial, office space etc.

My client has a strong pipeline of work iso this will be a permanent role within the company.

Applicants mut have experience managing high value commercial fit outs in Dublin

Salary can be negotiable for the right person!

The Role

• Coordination and supervision of the construction of a commercial fit out
• Oversee full lifecycle of projects and manage manpower on site including, direct staff and subcontractors over multiple sites.
• Managing sub-contractors and personnel on site.
• Liaise with the client and shareholders.
• Oversee the handover to owners.
• Supervise works on site and ensure the quality of works and that they are done on time and in budget.
• Plan and coordinate the daily requirements of the site including labour, ordering of materials and meeting deadlines.
• Perform company compliance and administration procedure and record performance and progress of site operations.

Requirements

• A Degree in Construction Management or similar Trade Qualification (carpentry / joinery)
• A minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Site Manager.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of construction projects
• Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
• Strong I.T skills are essential. (Microsoft Suite including Project)
