Job summary

Primtac Personnel LTD is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead Dublin-based fit-out and commercial refurbishment projects. You will manage day-to-day site operations, supervise crews, and ensure works are delivered safely and to high standards.

The role involves travel across Dublin and includes a company vehicle. You will plan activities, monitor progress, manage equipment, and resolve day-to-day site issues with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager, Construction Foreman, or similar supervisory role.
• Proven experience coordinating small teams on construction projects.
• Hands-on background in a skilled trade (eg carpentry).
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and Irish building site standards.

Primtac is partnering with a growing Fit-Out Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional with experience managing small teams across fit-out and commercial refurbishment projects.

This role involves travel across Dublin, with a company vehicle provided to the successful candidate.

The Role:

• Manage the day-to-day running of construction sites, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate small teams of labourers and skilled tradespeople across multiple projects
• Plan daily activities, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure projects remain on schedule
• Oversee the safe and efficient use of machinery, tools, and site equipment
• Monitor site progress and assist in keeping projects within agreed budgets and timelines
• Take a hands-on approach where required, supporting the team with practical site duties and resolving day-to-day issues

The Right Fit:

• 5+ years' experience in a Site Manager, Construction Foreman, or similar supervisory role
• Proven experience managing and coordinating small teams on construction projects
• Previous experience in fit-out and commercial refurbishment projects is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and Irish building site standards
• A hands-on background in a skilled trade, such as carpentry
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise workloads effectively
