Careeriser-Limited in Dublin 7 is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a residential project. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate direct labour and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely on time and to programme.

The role reports to the Project Manager and requires managing project programmes, maintaining communication with the design team and stakeholders, and upholding quality and compliance throughout construction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager in Ireland.
• Strong paperwork and admin experience.
• Procore experience is required.
• Ability to coordinate direct labour and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, coordinating direct labour and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to programme.
• Manage project programmes, undertaking short-term planning and monitoring progress against key milestones.
• Coordinate design development and maintain effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all construction activities meet required quality standards, project specifications, and statutory regulations.
• Lead all aspects of site health and safety, promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring full legislative compliance.
• Monitor commercial performance, overseeing subcontractor packages, procurement, cost control, and budget management.
• Chair and lead site coordination meetings, resolving issues and driving programme delivery.
• Liaise with clients, design teams, utility providers, local authorities, and other third-party stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide leadership and direction to site personnel through effective delegation, mentoring, and performance management.
