Job summary

Careeriser-Limited is seeking a Site Manager for multiple locations in Dublin & Kildare. The role oversees day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, programme adherence and top-quality delivery on large-scale commercial projects.

You will manage subcontractors, logistics, and welfare while ensuring health & safety compliance and precise project documentation. The position reports to the Project Manager and offers a package including company car, pension, 26 days leave, income protection,

Qualifications

• Construction degree and 3+ years' site management experience in Ireland/UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, welfare facilities, and workforce activities while maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
• Monitor quality assurance processes, inspections, BIM workflows, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate short-term programmes, track progress, identify delays, and support commercial activities through accurate site records and material management.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
• Drive a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting and developing site teams.
