Job summary

Build Search in Dublin is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a mixed residential development. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to high quality standards.

The role requires a proven track record in residential projects, strong leadership and a solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and programme management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and programme management.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee RC frame construction works on site.
• Supervise subcontractors, site teams, and labour resources effectively.
