Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to move into a client-side role for high-profile residential developments in Cork. The role focuses on project oversight, contractor management and client representation to ensure safety, quality and programme alignment.

You will work closely with design teams, contractors and consultants, applying your site leadership to deliver results while gaining greater involvement in decision making and stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
• Previous Site Management or Senior Site Management experience is required.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a more strategic role in the delivery of major construction projects, working closely with design teams, contractors, consultants and other key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, to a high standard and in line with programme and client requirements.
