TCC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a team delivering major data centre construction projects across Europe. The role focuses on façade and curtain walling installation and requires coordination across subcontractors and design teams.

Based in Ireland with European rotation, the position offers travel and accommodation support, a competitive salary, and benefits including 20 days annual leave and pension contributions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily site activities, subcontractors and labour
• Monitoring programme progress and resolving site issues
• Managing RAMS, safety inspections and site compliance
• Producing weekly progress reports
• Managing RFIs, technical submittals and construction records
• Coordinating materials, deliveries and site logistics
• Overseeing façade and curtain walling installation
• Carrying out quality assurance inspections
• Managing 2-week and 8-week look-ahead programmes
• Coordinating with the main contractor and other trades
• Working with design teams to identify and resolve potential design issues
• Supporting cost control, resource management and reduction of site wastage

We’re recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Site Manager to join their team delivering major data centre construction projects across Europe.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone based in Ireland who is comfortable working on a European rotation.

Location: Europe

Rotation: 17 days on / 4 days off

Salary: Competitive – flexible for the right candidate

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager, you will help manage and coordinate site operations across large-scale data centre projects, with a particular focus on façade and curtain walling installation.

• Coordinating daily site activities, subcontractors and labour
• Monitoring programme progress and resolving site issues
