Salary: €65,000-€75,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role

An established main contractor specialising in commercial construction and fit-out projects is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily site operations in Dublin. The successful candidate will coordinate trades, maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Monitor site progress, productivity and quality of workmanship.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
• Coordinate material deliveries, labour allocation and site logistics.
• Liaise with the Site Manager, project team and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Carry out quality inspections and assist with snagging and project handover.
• Maintain daily site records and report on progress and potential delays.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Background with a main contractor on commercial construction or fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site coordination.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant trade qualification and up-to-date health and safety training.
