Job summary

ftworkforce in Dublin is seeking an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to oversee projects across the Dublin area. You will be hands-on, lead a site team, and coordinate daily activities while upholding high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman / Site Foreman.
• Strong carpentry background.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and site procedures.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full understanding of health & safety requirements.
• Relevant qualifications and Safe Pass required.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be hands‑on, experienced in leading a site team, and confident coordinating day‑to‑day construction activities while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
