ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Foreman/Site Manager to lead a residential development in Wexford. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include managing daily site activities, coordinating trades and materials, and maintaining accurate site records. This role requires strong H&S awareness and proven site coordination skills within housing projects.

Qualificações

• Experience as Site Foreman/Site Manager on residential housing projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site coordination.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good health and safety awareness and Safe Pass.
• Relevant construction qualifications are required.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Site Manager to join a growing construction team on a residential development in Wexford.

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience in housing projects to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities, labour and subcontractors.
• Coordinate trades, materials and plant to maintain project progress.
• Monitor construction works to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and report any issues.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, design team, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Oversee inspections, snagging and handover of completed units.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Site Manager or similar within construction.
• Experience delivering residential or housing developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site coordination.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality standards.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant construction qualifications and valid Safe Pass.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary of €65,000-€75,000, depending on experience.
