IDEX Pump Technologies Ireland Ltd in Shannon, Ireland, seeks a Financial Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting for the site. You will partner with operations, drive performance, and ensure compliance with UK statutory requirements and US GAAP.

Key duties include closing the ledger, forecasting, preparing reports in OneStream, and developing a high-performing finance team in a global context. Travel as needed.

Formación

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Progressive finance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fully conversant with UK statutory reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP reporting requirements and experience supporting a publicly traded company environment.
• Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley desirable.
• Ability to manage direct reports within the Finance team.

Responsabilidades

• Coach, develop, and mentor finance team members to support employee engagement, performance, and career development.
• Partner with operational and functional leaders to support decision-making, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, general accounting, fixed assets and cost functions of the business.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual closing and prepare financial reporting in OneStream and other systems.
• Drive working capital management and cash flow optimization.
