Job summary

Ohshima Ireland Limited, a precision metal components manufacturer with over 200 staff in Ireland, is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance team. This senior finance role offers exposure to VAT, payroll, management accounts and statutory audits in a fast-paced SME environment.

The ideal candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified with 3-4+ years in a manufacturing setting, strong IT skills, and experience with Opera or similar ERP and Micropay payroll.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA qualified or equivalent.
• 3-4+ years in a manufacturing accounting role.
• Strong IT skills and proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance dept daily operations.
• Manage AP/AR to ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Supervise payroll and Micropay compliance.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate year-end audit and CRO reporting.
