Job summary

Henkel Ireland is seeking an Anaerobic Plant Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient operation of our bulk production facility in Dublin. You will supervise plant operations, lead continuous improvement, and manage up to 4 operators on shift.

You will drive scrap reduction, support training, and ensure all activities meet health, safety and environmental standards, while collaborating across levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing management.
• Strong leadership and team building skills.
• Ability to make operational decisions and solve technical problems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
