This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Team Leader with experience in a highly regulated process manufacturing environment to join a well-established international organisation offering excellent career progression, advanced manufacturing exposure, and a market-leading salary and benefits package.
A key requirement for this role is that candidates will hold a 3rd level qualification in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Process Engineering, or another Chemistry-related discipline. This position plays a critical leadership role within the site manufacturing operation and will involve driving production performance, continuous improvement initiatives, employee engagement and operational excellence across the plant.
The successful candidate will lead a team operating within a technically advanced chemical manufacturing environment and will be expected to optimise manufacturing processes, minimise downtime and support ongoing process improvement activities.
