Job summary

Krispy Kreme’s Naas factory in Monread Industrial Estate is seeking a 3.5T Driver to join our manufacturing and logistics teams. You will manage daily multi-drop deliveries to stores and grocery partners, ensuring our fresh doughnuts arrive on time and in peak condition.

We offer paid training from day one, holiday pay and a friendly, inclusive culture. You’ll start early, work 45 hours a week across 5 days, with 18–22 drops per day and the chance to grow with our expanding business.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence (B) for a 3.5T vehicle.
• Aged 23+ with at least 2 years’ driving experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• Previous commercial multi-drop driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of road safety and compliance.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic.
• People-focused and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your daily delivery route.
• Deliver products safely, efficiently and on time.
• Ensure in-store cabinets are fully stocked, clean, correctly merchandised and campaign-ready.
• Accurately record waste and support demand planning.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle care and compliance.
• Work closely with the Transport Supervisor to support operational performance.

Salary: €38,245 per annum, increasing to €40,531 upon successful completion of probation.

Our Krispy Kreme Factory in Naas is the heart of our doughnut production in Ireland. It’s where our skilled Manufacturing and Logistics teams work together to make and distribute our delicious, freshly made doughnuts to stores and cabinets across the country every day. The Role

As a 3.5T Driver at Krispy Kreme, you will be responsible for completing daily multi-drop deliveries to our stores and grocery partners, ensuring our handcrafted doughnuts arrive fresh and ready for customers to enjoy.

• Maintain high standards of vehicle care and compliance
• Work closely with the Transport Supervisor to support operational performance

This is a hands-on role where you are trusted to represent the Krispy Kreme brand on the road and in-store.

What We’re Looking For

• Full driving licence (standard B licence suitable for 3.5T vehicle)
• Aged 23+ with a minimum of 2 years’ driving experience (insurance requirements)
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
• Previous commercial multi-drop driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of road safety and compliance
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
• A people-focused individual who supports an inclusive culture

• Start time: Between 4:00am - 4:30am
• 45 hours per week
• 5 days over 7 (includes some weekends)
• Shift length: 9 hours per day
• 18–22 drops per day
• Competitive salary, paid monthly
