Job summary

Nando's in Dundrum, Ireland is seeking a Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts, supporting the team and delivering great PERi-PERi moments for guests. You will lead a fast-paced crew, coach team members, and ensure smooth service across stations.

You’ll foster a fun, inclusive environment, grow your leadership journey with clear pathways into management, and help the restaurant hit its goals while maintaining Nando's values. The role offers competitive pay and a supportive culture.
