Job summary

Nando’s Chickenland Limited in Cork is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to support busy shifts and motivate the team, helping run operations and delivering great PERi-PERi moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-obsessed approach and a love for delivering great PERi-PERi moments.
• Confidence in leading people and solving problems on the fly.
• A hunger to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.
• Creates a fun, inclusive environment where teammates can grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent guest service and ensure consistent PERi-PERi moments.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, stock and shift handovers.
