Job summary

Nando’s UK & IRE is seeking a proactive Shift Lead in Ireland to drive smooth shifts and engage a high-energy team. You’ll support operations, mentor colleagues and ensure outstanding PERi-PERi service for every guest. This role offers growth into management with a people-first culture.
