Job summary

Nando's in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Shift Lead to support and run brilliant shifts, guiding a fast-paced, customer‑facing team. You’ll energize the crew and ensure every guest enjoys PERi‑PERi moments from start to finish.

As a Shift Lead you’ll manage breaks, uphold a fun, inclusive culture, and look for growth opportunities into management. If you bring energy, leadership, and a passion for great service, you’ll thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and a love for delivering great PERi‑PERi moments.
• Confidence in leading people and solving problems on the spot.
