Job summary

Culligan Ireland seeks a Service Technician to service and repair residential water treatment systems across Ireland. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer guidance to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Full-time permanent position with a six-month probation. Training is provided for water treatment technologies, and a valid driver's license is required. You will join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions.

Qualifications

• Some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in water treatment.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems (filtration, softening, and purification) is preferable; however, full training will be provided.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of residential water treatment systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance.

Salary: €40,000 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance of €4,000
