Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a Service Technician to cover nationwide depot work, based at Ballymount, Dublin. The role offers full-time permanent employment with a 6-month probation. Salary is €32,000 per year, paid monthly, plus a tax-free meal allowance of €4,000 annually.

You will sanitize, maintain and service water coolers and filtration systems at customer sites, ensuring high hygiene and performance standards while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, hygiene or sanitization is desirable; training will be provided.
• Strong focus on cleanliness, quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Experience in a target-driven environment and meeting KPIs.
• Sound geographical knowledge of the local area and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out scheduled sanitization and disinfection of water coolers and drinking water systems.
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment is safe, hygienic and fully operational.
• Installing, servicing and repairing water coolers and filtration systems.
• Replacing filters and other consumables per service schedules.
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
• Completing digital service and sanitization records using company systems.
• Managing van stock and maintaining tools and materials for daily activities.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and acting as a professional ambassador for Culligan.
• Working in line with health, safety and hygiene procedures.
