Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Operations Manager in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The role leads a large technical service department and oversees planned and reactive maintenance across multiple customer sites, supporting growth and development of the team.

The successful candidate will drive operational efficiencies, improve KPI performance and ensure health and safety and quality standards are met as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Operations Manager or similar in a technical/maintenance environment.
• Proven ability to lead large field service or maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of planned and reactive maintenance operations.
• Experience managing scheduling, resource allocation and performance metrics.
• Track record in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of field service engineers and support staff.
• Oversee daily service operations including planned and reactive maintenance.
• Manage scheduling, resource allocation and workloads for efficient service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, response times, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance performance.
• Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the department.
