Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Service Operations Manager to lead site teams, drive safety and compliance, and ensure the successful delivery of service activities across customer locations throughout Ireland.

This hands-on leader will coordinate maintenance and field operations, develop strong customer relationships, and travel to sites across the country to support multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site-based teams
• Strong mechanical background
• Experience preparing and managing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
• Good understanding of Health & Safety and safe systems of work
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Ireland
