We are currently recruiting a Services Manager – Children, Family & Community Services with Spraoi agus Spórt, an award-winning social enterprise based in Inishowen.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for leading and developing a wide range of impactful services, including childcare, family supports, and disability programmes, while contributing to organisational strategy and the growth of a new Child & Family Hub.

A relevant level 8 third level qualification (e.g. Social Care, Social Work, Community Development, Early Years, Nursing, Health Sciences or related field).

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management role within the community, voluntary, disability, health or family services sector.
• Experience of managing services or programmes for children, young people and families.
• Experience of staff supervision, support and development.
• Experience of working collaboratively with statutory, community and voluntary agencies.

Further Information

• Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
