Job summary

Kearys Motor Group in Cork is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team at Kearys, Kinsale Road. You will greet customers, diagnose issues from descriptions, and translate problems into actionable work orders for technicians.

You will also order parts, ensure quality standards, invoice and collect payment, and maintain accurate customer records. Previous customer service experience is desired, ideally with some technical understanding and a full clean driving license.

Responsibilities
