Job summary

Ports North is seeking a senior Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant to own end-to-end configuration in a mature Workday environment. The role requires hands-on configuration across Time Tracking and Absence with a strong emphasis on global, multi-country setup and BAU delivery.

You will work independently on BAU support, change requests and project initiatives, coordinating with HR Technology, HR, Payroll and stakeholders across regions to ensure accurate time calculations and compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years Workday experience with strong Time Tracking and Absence configuration.
• Experience supporting multi-country/global Workday environments.
• Hands-on BAU, change requests and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Time Tracking and Absence configuration end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Configure, maintain and enhance Time Tracking/Absence functionality across countries.
• Support complex time and absence needs; investigate and resolve issues.
• Manage change requests through requirements, testing and deployment.
• Provide BAU support in a production Workday environment.
