Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a senior leader in Change Management or operations, with OTC derivatives exposure.
• Deep expertise in OTC derivatives theory and operational application across asset classes.
• Deep expertise in ETF theory and its practical operational flow and controls.
• Proven track record in leading teams, client relationships, and strategic operating model transformations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic roadmap for the OTC/ETF derivatives operating model and influence senior stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end trade lifecycle, design solutions, and drive testing strategies.
• Lead cross-functional programmes across Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Risk.
• Manage budgeting, headcount planning, KPIs, and governance across the department.
• Represent Citi with key institutional clients and in industry/regulatory forums.
