Job summary

The Panel, partnering with a leading global financial services firm, is appointing a Group Manager (Senior Vice President) to its Dublin Fund Accounting team. This is a senior, client-facing role with responsibility for service delivery, team leadership, and continuous process improvement.

You will oversee daily NAV calculations, act as the primary client contact for KPIs and regulatory changes, and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance across the function.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' Fund Accounting experience within Operations.
• 3+ years using Enterprise Invest One.
• Proven people management experience with coaching and developing teams.
• Client-facing experience, including engagement with auditors and market data providers.
• Knowledge of Fund Accounting requirements for UK OEICs and/or Luxembourg SICAVs would be an advantage.
• Third-level degree in Accounting or Business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of daily NAV calculations within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Act as the primary client contact for KPIs, new product launches, regulatory change, escalations, and overall service governance.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure all client and internal deliverables are met in line with firm policy and procedure.
• Lead team initiatives that support change and improvement in alignment with firm strategy.
• Manage team performance and conduct reviews for direct reports.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on process improvement and regulatory projects.
• Convey critical updates to senior management and ensure clear communication from leadership to the team.
