Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Dublin is seeking a VP-level professional to lead a private equity fund accounting team, coordinating managers, supervisors and specialists to deliver accurate reporting and strong client service.

You will manage client relationships, ensure timely SLAs, mentor staff as SME on fund structures, participate in marketing and sales pitches, and drive efficiency across processes while maintaining high standards of controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in accounting operations or practice.
• 5+ years’ experience in Private Equity (Desirable).
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry and products.
• Proven Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a PE accounting team of managers, supervisors and accounting specialists.
• Empower your team with regular engagement and leadership.
• Manage the client relationship(s) for your group of clients/funds.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor client deliverables (SLAs) with your team and the client.
• Mentor your team as SME on client structures and accounting processes.
• Ensure team perform duties in line with processes and procedures.
• Review periodic accounting reporting packs prepared by your team.
• Engage in and drive efficiency projects.
• Participate in marketing and sales pitches; communicate Citco workflows and best practices.
• Draft performance procedures and/or operational memoranda.
• Act as liaison to internal/external stakeholders.
