Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin seeks an Assistant Manager, Fund Accounting to lead a team in a high growth area. You will manage client relationships, ensure timely NAVs, and drive operational excellence while mentoring junior staff within Fund Accounting.

The role requires deep knowledge of Alternative funds, fund structures, and regulatory considerations, with a track record of process improvements and staff development. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Alternative funds.
• Experience in managing a team within Fund Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of fund structures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients on accounting matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate NAVs and client service excellence.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and build relationships with stakeholders.
