Job summary

BNY is seeking a Senior Vice President, Fund Accounting Client Operations Manager to lead a high-impact team within our accounting operations group in Dublin. You will own critical client relationships, drive service quality, and oversee governance interactions with stakeholders including board-level reviews.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk governance, and process improvements across fund domiciles and client structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and/or relevant professional experience in fund accounting or accounting operations.
• Proven leadership experience, coaching, and talent development.
• Strong client relationship management including senior stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering service performance against KPIs/SLAs.
• Solid understanding of governance and risk controls in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Fund Accounting Client Managers across diverse fund structures.
• Own client relationships and act as escalation point for Fund Accounting Operations.
• Deliver high-quality service outcomes against KPIs/SLAs and drive improvements.
• Represent Fund Accounting Operations in client reviews, governance forums, and board meetings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Relationship Management to resolve issues.
• Lead or support onboarding, operating model changes, and major client events.
• Maintain strong risk and control environment in line with policies and regulations.
• Drive process standardization and innovation across operations.
