Job summary

The Panel seeks a VP-level professional to lead multiple fund accounting teams responsible for NAV production, fund performance, expense allocation and client reporting. The role requires deep funds knowledge and a strong track record in managing launches, closures and mergers.

You will operate in an AI-enabled, highly automated environment with heavy client interaction, driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance while mentoring teams to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in a fund accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds and tax-transparent funds.
• Deep knowledge of instruments including equities, bonds, FX, ETDs, credit, rates and OTC derivatives.
• Proven people management experience, including launches, closures and mergers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple fund accounting teams delivering NAV production, fund performance calculation, expense allocation and client reporting.
• Provide fund accounting subject matter expertise, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across deliverables.
• Lead process improvement initiatives in an AI-enabled environment to drive operational efficiency.
• Partner with a broad client base, resolving escalated issues related to fund calculations and accounting.
• Champion a client service culture, developing the team and managing shifting priorities with clear schedules.
