Job summary

Citi Dublin is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to lead a team delivering NAV valuations and fund accounting services for regulated entities. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance and timely reporting, while developing operational efficiencies.

The role oversees daily NAV calculations, client and regulator reporting, and performance management. You will mentor staff, manage risk, and work in a hybrid environment (up to 2 days remote per week) with a competitive base salary and

Qualifications

• Extensive years of experience in fund accounting or related field.
• Chartered Accountant/CFA/MBA qualifications are preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating with client reporting.
• Knowledge of funds services and their processes is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fund accountants to deliver NAV valuations and related financial reporting.
• Calculate daily and periodic NAVs and disseminate unit prices for investor dealing.
• Prepare regulatory and client reporting across fund portfolios and expenses.
• Identify and mitigate risks; implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
• Develop staff, manage performance, and escalate issues as needed.
