Job summary

Logitech Cork is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across paid services for video conferencing. You will engage customers by phone, email or video calls, and coordinate with product engineers to identify root causes, maintaining a high-touch service across global organizations.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of video conferencing and AV products.
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows and macOS.
• Proficiency with Zoom, MS Teams and Google Meet.
• Strong networking and OS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technically complex support issues reported by customers and/or team members.
• Maintain clear, concise communication for all cases with timely follow-up.
• Own the technical relationship with customers and manage expectations.
• Collaborate with engineers to address bugs and other issues beyond standard troubleshooting.
• Provide feedback about trends and new issues.
• Assist with knowledge base documentation and training materials.
